These terms govern use of the CellSpec North America storefront and purchases made through it.
Product identification
Product titles describe reported replacement applications. Buyers must compare the complete equipment model, original battery part number and revision, electrical ratings, dimensions, connector keying, polarity, and mounting features before installation.
Orders and acceptance
An order submission is an offer to purchase. Acceptance occurs when CellSpec confirms the order for fulfillment. We may request additional information, correct obvious errors, limit quantities, or cancel an order that cannot be safely, legally, or accurately fulfilled.
Prices, payment, and taxes
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Shipping, taxes, duties, and other applicable charges are shown or confirmed as part of checkout and order acceptance. The local build uses a purchase-order/offline payment method until a production payment provider is connected.
Shipping and risk
Battery shipments are subject to carrier, packaging, routing, and dangerous-goods requirements. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Title and risk rules may vary according to destination and mandatory consumer law.
Returns and rebuild services
Returns are governed by the Returns & Refunds policy. Battery rebuild work is customized and may not be cancelled after work begins. Unsafe batteries must not be returned without specific routing instructions.
Medical-equipment use
Products should be installed and tested by qualified personnel. Buyers remain responsible for equipment maintenance, functional checks, regulatory compliance, clinical readiness, and following the original equipment manufacturer’s instructions.
Warranty and remedies
Any product-specific warranty stated in the listing or order documents applies in addition to rights that cannot be excluded by law. To request a remedy, provide order and compatibility evidence and follow authorized return instructions.
Intellectual property and independence
The CellSpec name and storefront content may not be reused without permission. Third-party manufacturer names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only for compatibility identification. No affiliation or endorsement is implied.
Liability and governing rights
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, indirect or consequential losses are excluded and available remedies are limited to repair, replacement, re-performance, or refund. Applicable mandatory law remains controlling.
