HSTORMB currently accepts orders for delivery to United States addresses. Eligible orders use tracked battery shipping at a flat US$29 charge shown at checkout.
Order processing
Allow an estimated 3–5 business days for order review, compatibility checks where necessary, route confirmation, and compliant battery packaging. Fulfillment operates Monday through Saturday. Processing begins after payment or purchase-order acceptance and may pause if required information is incomplete.
Lithium-battery transport
Lithium batteries are regulated for transport. Carrier acceptance depends on battery chemistry, energy rating, packaging, condition, route, service level, and quantity. Expedited or air service may not be available for every item or destination.
U.S. tracked delivery
After dispatch, allow an estimated 8–15 business days for delivery, with carrier transit calculated Monday through Saturday. The available route, carrier, and estimate remain subject to dangerous-goods acceptance and are confirmed in the order acknowledgement. Estimates are not delivery guarantees.
Current service area
Checkout is currently limited to United States delivery addresses. We will publish separate rates, delivery estimates, and local terms before opening additional countries.
Delivery inspection
Inspect the package promptly. Photograph external damage, shipping labels, internal packaging, and the product before installation. Report loss, damage, leakage, deformation, or an incorrect item through the Contact page.
Address changes
Contact service@medicaldevicebatteries.com immediately after ordering. Once a regulated shipment has been accepted by the carrier, address changes and redirects may be restricted.
