Order processing
Orders are reviewed for destination, product condition, transport eligibility, and compatibility information where necessary. Processing begins after payment or purchase-order acceptance and may pause if routing details are incomplete.
Lithium-battery transport
Lithium batteries are regulated for transport. Carrier acceptance depends on battery chemistry, energy rating, packaging, condition, route, service level, and quantity. Expedited or air service may not be available for every item or destination.
Tracked delivery
The local checkout is configured with tracked battery shipping for supported United States and Canadian addresses. Final production rates and delivery estimates should be confirmed in the order acknowledgement.
Delivery inspection
Inspect the package promptly. Photograph external damage, shipping labels, internal packaging, and the product before installation. Report loss, damage, leakage, deformation, or an incorrect item through the Contact page.
Address changes
Contact support immediately after ordering. Once a regulated shipment has been accepted by the carrier, address changes and redirects may be restricted.
