Battery condition, compatibility, handling, charging, installation, and transport all affect safety and performance.
Before installation
Do not install a pack with mismatched voltage, chemistry, polarity, connector, dimensions, or part number. Inspect for swelling, leakage, corrosion, heat damage, puncture, crushed areas, loose wiring, or damaged insulation.
Installation and testing
Use qualified personnel and follow the equipment manufacturer’s service instructions. After installation, complete charging, functional, alarm, runtime, and preventive-maintenance checks required for the device.
Storage and disposal
Store batteries away from heat, moisture, metal objects, and physical damage. Follow applicable local rules and approved recycling channels. Do not place lithium batteries in household trash.
Warranty requests
Product-specific warranty terms, where offered, appear in the listing or order documentation. Provide the order number, device model, battery label, installation date, observed symptoms, test results, and requested photographs.
