A photographed marking and a model-name match are useful starting points, but they do not prove that the current lot fits every SC1000 revision or has manufacturer approval.
What the source photograph shows
The pictured black, wrapped pack has a label reading “Huntleigh Healthcare,” “P/N 400-316” and “12V 3.8Ah NIMH BATTERY.” A white four-position plug is visible. The printed manufacturer name is a marking on the photographed sample, not independent verification of OEM origin, current-lot provenance or the connector’s pinout. We have not electrically tested the pictured sample.
